Life Map
Have you ever wished you had a personal life map that you could unfold to show you exactly where God wanted you to go and what He wanted you to do? X marks the spot. . . you are here! Knowing we are on the right path and that Holy Spirit is with us is so important over the course of our life journey that God DID give us a personal life map with His Word. We just need to dig into it, really into it, and see what He says.
He even goes before us and prepares the path before we ever get there:
• See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. - Exodus 23:20 (NIV)
• For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. - Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
That means we can also follow securely in His footsteps so we know we are on the right path!
• But you will not leave in haste or go in flight; for the Lord will go before you, the God of Israel will be your rear guard. - Isaiah 52:12 (NIV)

And we can be comforted because He is ALWAYS with us and we never have to make our way alone.

• We who dwell in the shelter of the Most High rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Surely He saves us from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He covers us with His feathers, and under His wings we find refuge; His faithfulness is our shield and rampart. • Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God has said: "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you." - Hebrews 13:5
• Look, I am with you, and I will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you." - Genesis 28:15
• And the LORD went before them in a pillar of cloud to guide their way by day, and in a pillar of fire to give them light by night, so that they could travel by day or night. - Exodus 13:21
